Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with the artwork you choose for your home. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Many of our artworks and fine art products are carefully produced, packaged and dispatched directly by our specialist printing and framing partners. Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original shipping label. Once your return has been authorised, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications, except where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different artwork, size or format, the simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been arranged.
UK & European Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where applicable, customers purchasing online have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
For UK customers, you generally have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
For customers in the European Union, applicable consumer law generally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases without needing to provide a reason.
Certain exceptions apply, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
These statutory rights operate independently of, and are not limited by, our voluntary 30-day returns policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
For statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable consumer law.
